Is screen time as good as face time? When it comes to GI care, patients say yes.

That’s the result of research published recently in AGA’s journal, Gastroenterology. The study, co-authored by WovenX Advisory Board member Naresh Gunaratnam, AGAF, measured patient satisfaction with telehealth services and perceived quality of care compared to in-person office visits.

The study also found that more than 80% of telehealth patients didn’t require an in-person follow-up visit.
